When e-sports will become more popular than football and hockey? Head of Cyber.Sports.ru will highlight this question

The head of Cyber.Sports.ru Jaroslav Komkov strongly believes that e-sports will become more popular than traditional sport. Yet the question remains – how soon it will happen, according to him. Even today e-sports competitions are as good as traditional matches and come among 5-7 most popular kinds of sport in Russia.

Why do these competitions attract people so much? What are distinctive features of e-sports players and viewers and in what way are they different from sports fans? How to interest a new audience in e-sports? Jaroslav Komkov will be a speaker at Betting Trends Forum 2016 and will answer all these questions.

The topic of his presentation is “E-sports: when and why will it beat football and hockey”

Jaroslav Komkov is the head of Cyber.Sports.ru, gamer and football fan. For 10 years he has been working in internet companies in order to make e-sports common among wide audience.

Cyber.Sports.ru is an information portal, publishing news, as well as results of tournaments, interviews with legendary players and blogs of e-sports professionals and fans.
